You will need a strong understanding of human physiology, exercise, biochemistry, anatomy/biomechanics, psychology, or nutrition, and a commitment to driving positive health outcomes.

Responsibilities

* Manage clinics and deliver health screening assessments to employees on‑site on a 1‑1 basis.
* Contribute to and deliver health promotion initiatives, such as health fairs and workshops across the site.
* Provide evidence‑based advice tailored to the patient's health profile and stage of behaviour change.
* Formulate and implement written action plans based on treatment prescriptions, modified for the stage of change.
* Set realistic and positive goals, coaching patients to achieve their full potential.
* Support individuals with lifestyle‑induced diseases to make sustainable lifestyle changes for improved chronic disease management.
* Assist and reassure clients during medical tests and procedures.
* Use specialised equipment to perform clinical tests, ensuring proper calibration and maintenance.
* Record, analyse, and interpret clinical data, assessing patients' clinical risks, and escalating to GPs or OH practitioners when necessary.
* Act within company policies to protect sensitive personal information in line with legal and ethical standards.
* Support the preparation and delivery of educational workshops, health fairs and health & wellbeing webinars.
* Design and implement health promotion campaigns to empower employees to make informed health decisions.
* Facilitate the set‑up of events, ensuring equipment and clients are in the correct locations and positions.
