Bespak is looking for a Validation Specialist, this is an permanent position on the Holmes Chapel site, CW4 8BE. The salary for this role is £50k to £60k. As our Validation Specialist, you will take charge of the entire validation lifecycle for pharmaceutical equipment, manufacturing processes, and computer systems. You will be responsible for developing and executing validation protocols, including equipment qualification (IQ, OQ, PQ) and computer system validation (CSV), ensuring compliance with GAMP 5 standards. A key part of your role will be authoring all critical validation documentation, such as master plans, protocols, and final reports. You will work closely with cross-functional teams like QA, Manufacturing, and Engineering to ensure all systems and processes are robust and compliant.
As a Validation Specialist,your duties will include:
* Managing the entire validation lifecycle for systems.
* Executing equipment, utility, and facility qualification protocols.
* Designing and performing process and cleaning validation.
* Leading computer system validation activities to GAMP 5.
* Authoring validation master plans, protocols, and reports.
* Collaborating with QA, Manufacturing, and Engineering teams.
Validation Specialist, beneficial key skills and experience:
* A degree in a relevant scientific discipline.
* Extensive experience of pharmaceutical validation.
* Proven ability to lead validation projects successfully.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for validation.
* Extensive experience in equipment, process, and CSV.
* A methodical approach with strong attention to detail.
