Handle is partnering exclusively with a leading global advertising agency as they grow their localisation team.
They are looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to manage projects for major global brands across various channels including digital, social, TV, and print.
As a Senior Project Manager, you'll report directly to a Project Director and will play an important role in upholding the company's reputation for quality and efficiency. You will foster meaningful relationships with internal and external stakeholders, serving as a trusted partner to bring their vision to life.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage client expectations, maintain clear communication, and address or escalate challenges efficiently.
* Own the delivery of multilingual marketing campaigns, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to high standards.
* Tailor project management processes to meet client needs, promoting creative solutions for successful delivery.
* Conduct risk assessments, develop mitigation strategies, and manage scope changes with thorough documentation.
* Build strong, collaborative relationships with clients, agencies, and suppliers to support successful outcomes.
* Scope resource requirements, including linguists, budgets, and timelines, optimizing cost structures to meet project goals.
* Allocate tasks, define roles, and provide direction to project teams while ensuring quality across all deliverables.
* Evolve project management tools and processes, educating colleagues on best practices and methodologies.
* Track and manage account forecasts, addressing workload spikes and ensuring resource availability.
* Partner with Account Management to monitor project financials, delivering projects within target margins while maximizing revenue.
* Support business development by contributing to project scoping, estimating, and participating in sales calls as needed.
* Mentor junior team members, offering feedback, support, and growth opportunities.
* Foster team collaboration, maintain a positive environment, and motivate team members to excel.
* Conduct post-project reviews, assign responsibilities, and ensure timely follow-up on actions.
* Lead project teams across multiple workstreams, providing guidance and resolving performance challenges.
* Ensure consistent delivery of projects on scope, budget, and schedule.
* Maintain high-quality reporting and documentation.
* Manage costs effectively and proactively solve problems.
* Ensure accuracy in timelines and cost forecasts.
* Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills and collaborate across teams.
