Salary: £30,000 - 30,000 per year Requirements: We are looking for an experienced Onsite Services Engineer with previous IT Support, Deskside Support, or Field Engineering experience. We need strong Windows OS, desktop, and laptop troubleshooting skills. We require hands-on experience with hardware support, including device replacements and break-fix work. We would like experience with networking and remote access technologies. Exposure to Active Directory and Microsoft Office / Office 365 would be beneficial. We need strong communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills. SC Clearance is required, but candidates can start once their BPSS Clearance is in place. We prefer candidates who can work fully on-site in Lytham St Annes. Responsibilities: We provide onsite and deskside support, as well as remote support, within SLA targets. We perform hardware break-fix work, device replacements, and IMAC activities. We diagnose and resolve desktop, hardware, software, and connectivity issues. We manage ticket updates, escalations, and user communication. We support additional customer sites where required.
