Working as part of a large and talented brigade, youll be exposed to a diverse range of international cuisines, fresh seasonal produce, and high-volume service while maintaining exceptional standards.

What Were Looking For: Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or strong Demi Chef de Partie ready to step up
Solid understanding of classic culinary techniques and cooking from scratch
Experience running a section independently and supporting junior team members
Ability to perform within fast-paced, high-volume service (up to 200 covers)
Strong attention to detail, organisation, and consistency
Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn
Flexibility to work a variety of shifts
Passion for fresh produce, seasonal ingredients, seafood, grill, and refined casual dining environments
Working across a kitchen known for fresh pasta made daily, premium seafood, seasonal produce, grill cooking, and globally inspired dishes, this role would suit chefs who thrive in energetic services and enjoy being part of ambitious teams.
