Position Overview:
Engenda Group is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Piping Designer to join our engineering design team at The Heath technical office. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating detailed piping designs and layouts for various industrial projects, ensuring adherence to industry standards, project specifications, and client requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop detailed piping designs and layouts using Plant3D software.
* Collaborate with engineers, project managers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and objectives.
* Prepare material take-offs, equipment lists, and piping specifications.
* Review and interpret engineering drawings, P&IDs, and isometric drawings.
* Participate in design reviews and provide technical support during construction and commissioning phases.
Requirements:
* Proven experience as a Piping Designer in an engineering design environment.
* Proficiency in Plant3D.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently.
