What you’ll do
* Design and deploy test systems for PCB and/or product‑level testing
* Maintain and optimise production test processes for reliability and efficiency
* Analyse machine data and apply problem‑solving techniques to improve capability and quality
* Support new product introductions and continuous improvement projects
* Collaborate globally to share best practices and standardise solutions
* Mentor technicians and peers on test engineering principles
Qualifications
* Degree/HNC/HND in Electrical/Electronic Engineering (or equivalent experience)
* Hands‑on experience with automated or manual test systems in manufacturing
* Strong problem‑solving skills using statistical methods
* Ability to communicate technical topics clearly to all audiences
Desirable Skills
* Programming exposure (C/C++, low‑code, or graphical environments)
* Experience with ICT platforms (Keysight, Teradyne) or flying‑probe systems (Takaya, SPEA)
* Familiarity with PLC‑based control systems (Siemens TIA Portal advantageous)
* Knowledge of PUWER and risk assessment processes
