Examinations Officer

A rated “GOOD” mixed secondary academy with a sixth form is based in Wandsworth are looking for an experienced Examinations Officer to join their administration team
The Role
Playing a pivotal role in the schools the you would be responsible for the administration, management and smooth operation of all internal and extranal examinations ensuring in according with school policy and awarding bodies. You would be in charge of managing all examinations through the academic year including examination entreis for internal and national exams
Key Responsibilities
* Ensure secure storage of examination materials, process examination entries, and manage the distribution of results.
* Oversee invigilator recruitment and training, ensuring examinations are conducted in line with JCQ regulations and school standards.
* Liaise with staff and students to communicate procedures, timetables, and access arrangements, ensuring all necessary resources are in place.
* Assist with the development and monitoring of the examinations budget
We are looking for:
Previous experience in exams administration or school administration (essential)
Good communicator and ability to work with staff, students and external bodies
Ability to work effectively under pressure and keep to strict deadlines
