Are you an experienced Contracts Manager with a background in flooring, construction, or estimating? An established and reputable flooring business in Stratford-upon-Avon is seeking a proactive and organised Contracts Manager to join their growing team.
Working from their Stratford-based office, the successful Contracts Manager will be responsible for managing domestic quotations and new build contracts from start to finish - ensuring a smooth transition from initial enquiry to project completion.
Key Responsibilities:
* Visit client sites to take accurate measurements
* Prepare and submit detailed quotations for flooring contracts
* Oversee multiple jobs, ensuring timely and high-quality execution
* Negotiate with suppliers and liaise with sales representatives
* Identify new business opportunities and manage relationships effectively
The Ideal Candidate:
* Proven experience as a Contracts Manager or in a similar project-based role
* GCSE-level education or equivalent
* Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
* Strong organisational, planning, and time management skills
* Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively
* Knowledge of MeasureSquare software (or similar) is an advantage
* A full, clean UK driving licence is essential
