Business Development Manager
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Business Development Manager to join a leading full-service law firm based in Newcastle upon Tyne. This is a full-time role within a well-established marketing and business development team, reporting directly to the Head of Business Development & Marketing.
The successful candidate will play a key role in driving the firm’s strategic growth by developing and implementing business development initiatives across various practice areas. You will work closely with partners and fee-earners to identify and pursue new opportunities, strengthen client relationships, and enhance the firm’s presence in key markets and sectors.
Key Responsibilities:

Support the delivery of firmwide and departmental business development strategies.

Identify and develop new business opportunities through targeted outreach and relationship building.

Lead and support on client development and work-winning initiatives, collaborating with internal stakeholders across the firm.

Work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide commercially tailored solutions.

Manage and execute sector-specific campaigns and cross-selling initiatives.
