Interim Corporate Performance Manager
Location: South London (3 days per week on site)
Rate: £400 per day (Inside IR35)

Overview
Panoramic Associates are supporting a public sector organisation with their search for an experienced Corporate Performance Manager to lead the development and delivery of a refreshed performance and insight framework.
This role will be responsible for ensuring alignment with national reporting requirements while supporting the delivery of strategic priorities. The successful candidate will operate at a senior level across the organisation, providing leadership, challenge and expert advice on performance management and data-led decision making.
You will work closely with senior stakeholders, including executive leadership teams, to strengthen performance reporting, governance and insight capability. The role also involves collaborating with digital and data teams to improve systems and tools that support performance tracking and analysis.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead a large-scale, organisation-wide programme focused on performance and insight, ensuring effective delivery and governance
* Establish and manage cross-functional project teams, engaging senior stakeholders up to director level
* Provide oversight, challenge and quality assurance on performance frameworks, reporting processes and associated documentation
* Manage programme budgets, including both capital and revenue expenditure
* Oversee procurement activity and contract management related to performance and insight systems where required
* Conduct programme planning activities including milestone tracking, dependency management and critical path analysis
* Deputise for senior leadership as required in meetings and formal settings
Requirements
* Experience leading performance, strategy or insight programmes within a public sector organisation
* Experience designing and implementing performance frameworks and reporting processes
* Strong analytical capability, with experience using data and insight to inform decision making
* Experience working with digital or data teams to improve reporting systems and tools
* Strong programme and project management skills, including governance, risk and budget management
