Our client is currently seeking a Infrastructure Planners to join their team in Leeds. This role offers an opportunity for professionals with a background in Town Planning and Infrastructure to work on major projects across the UK.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Supporting the planning team on a diverse range of infrastructure projects
2. Assisting with the preparation of consent applications
3. Taking responsibility for specific aspects of projects, such as drafting reports and liaising with clients or key stakeholders
4. Leading smaller projects, ensuring delivery in accordance with client objectives and timescales
5. Collaborating with engineers, environmental teams and communication specialists
6. Managing client relationships effectively
7. Ensuring compliance with relevant planning legislation and policy
8. Developing strategies for consent and producing required documentation
Job Requirements:
9. Degree and/or master's in Town Planning
10. Membership of the Royal Town Planning Institute (MRTPI)
11. Good knowledge of relevant planning legislation and policy
12. Experience in producing outputs to support infrastructure consenting or planning policy development
13. Proven ability to develop working relationships with town planners and other disciplines
14. Strong project management skills with a record of successful planning and delivery
15. Commercial and financial management experience for profitable project management
16. Experience in business development and bidding for work
17. Excellent report writing, presentation, and client management skills
