Location: Norwich - hybrid working available
Hours: 45 hours per week - we offer flexibility, so let us know your preferences!

Your Role
As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will play a pivotal role in managing our commercial objectives. Collaborating closely with operational teams, you’ll ensure that financial targets are met and relationships flourish.
Key Responsibilities
In this dynamic position, you will:
* Provide commercial and financial performance forecasts to support informed decision-making.
* Manage all aspects of subcontract accounts, including procurement and final account agreements.
* Produce accurate cash flow forecasts and ensure timely cash collection.
* Prepare and agree on contract changes, ensuring full entitlement is achieved.
* Work collaboratively with operational colleagues to identify efficiencies and resolve challenges early.
What We’re Looking For
This role is perfect for you if you possess:
* Experience working at a senior level in construction or a related sector.
* A relevant Quantity Surveying qualification with strong commercial and business awareness.
* A thorough understanding of the NEC suite of contracts or similar.
* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
