Customer Operations Supervisor
£28,500 - £32,500 per annum dependent on experience
Full-time possibility of part-time

Grassroutes Leisure Limited is a leading company in the leisure vehicle industry we have been established for over 22 years and are now looking to expand our customer service team.
Duties:-
As the Customer Operations Supervisor you will be running a small team and the following duties will be applicable:-
* Respond to customer enquiries and orders via phone, email, website & walk-in customers
* Order Management
* Manage customer deliveries
* Understand products (training will be given)
* Respond to customer enquiries in a timely manner
* Liaise with customers in relation to their order status
* Liaise with internal departments as required
* Maintain accurate records on all company systems
* Maintain departmental procedure documentation
* Understand and run departmental reports
* Administration in relation to non-conformities
* Able to deal with difficult customers
* General Administration
* Attend trade shows as required
Requirements
* Previous customer service/sales order processing experience
* Ability to delegate to and monitor the team
* Professional and personable telephone manner
* Able to work under pressure and to timescales
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Excellent attention to detail, communication and organisational skills
* Desire to understand our products (training will be given)
* Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office, CRM and Accounting systems.
* Proven experience in a similar role with at least 2 years experience
Working Hours : Mon – Fri 8.30 – 5 pm (40 hours)
