Our client is looking for a Content/Training Manager for one of our clients on a six month initial contract, working hybrid out of their site in Leamington/Gaydon. This role is Inside IR35.
Responsibilities
* Support the design and deliver engaging in-person and virtual training sessions and part of the information cyber security training program.
* Create a series of personas to identify knowledge gaps and provide targeted training to improve cyber awareness and compliance with KPIs.
* Support the production of phishing exercise metrics.
* Support annual creation and delivery of e-learning training material for office and manufacturing colleagues globally.
* Design and develop the IC SharePoint site for a better user experience.
* Support the annual Behavioral awareness programs (Cyber Week).
* Develop video training content and employee guidance.
