At KuehneNagel, our work truly contributes to more than we imagine. ? _The warehouse operative is an Integral element of the day to day operational functionality delivering objectives and outputs efficiently and effectively within a KNGD warehouse environment._ How you create impact _Complete the daily MHE safety checks (where applicable)_ _Carry out assigned tasks including: picking, packing, goods receipt, checking, loading & unloading of vehicles, hygiene, the processing of returns and stock maintenance and integrity tasks._ _Operate Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and carry out other assigned Computer based tasks as required_ _Comply and contribute to the KN 5s standards within the working area_ _Actively contribute towards continuous improvement projects and ideas_ _Operate to trained work instructions e.g. ABC Modules/ WI_ _Adhere to company standards as detailed in the Code of Conduct Policy_ _Comply with all instructed Safe Working Practices including the reporting of all accidents and incidents within the workplace_ _Achieve individual and team productivity performance standards including accuracy_ _Adopt KN Compass behaviours_ _Follow the escalation process where there is any deviation from the standard process_ _Requirement to work at height in a safe and effective manner in line with training provided_ _The individual will be employed as a part of a multi-skilled warehouse team_ What we would like you to bring _Experience of working to agreed targets_ _PC literate_ _MHE licence (where applicable)_ _Understanding of warehouse practises e.g. picking, loading_ _Ability to work individually or as part of a team_ _Reliable and committed to attending work on time_ _Good Communication skills_ _Ability to achieve a high level of accuracy_ _High attention to detail_ What's in it for you As well as our competitive pay rates and superb training opportunities, we also offer a great working environment.
