About the Venue:
Located on the shores of Botany Bay, Novotel Sydney Brighton Beach is a 4.5-star resort-style destination overlooking the stunning white sands of Brighton-Le-Sands. Currently undergoing a transformative refurbishment, the hotel is set to relaunch as one of NSW’s most exciting food and dining precincts. With 306 premium guest rooms, 11 versatile event spaces, and over 7 unique dining and bar venues that includes hatted restaurants and beachside experiences, The Brighton is where innovation meets coastal luxury.

About the Role:
We’re seeking a proactive, creative and commercially minded Marketing Executive with the ability to juggle strategy and execution across a fast-paced, multi-brand environment. You’ll be the driving force behind integrated marketing efforts across our premium hotel and seven diverse hospitality venues. Reporting to the Hotel Director of Sales and Marketing and working closely with the Group Director of Marketing, your role will span strategy, content creation, digital campaigns, and brand execution.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with senior marketing and sales leaders to develop and implement strategic marketing plans for the hotel and venues across all owned and third-party channels

Lead the end-to-end delivery of multi-channel campaigns—digital, social, events, and traditional marketing—ensuring timely execution, brand alignment, and budget control

Manage and optimise digital marketing initiatives including PPC (Google Ads), SEO, and AEO for The Brighton website

Oversee the hotel and venue websites, ensuring content is current, compelling, and fully optimised for search

Create and implement individual social media strategies for each of our seven venues, including influencer outreach, paid campaigns, and content scheduling

Develop and maintain an engaging EDM calendar aligned with seasonal campaigns and overarching marketing goals

Grow and manage F&B email databases and third-party listing platforms (including SevenRooms)

Support teams across the precinct (F&B, C&E, Rooms) with the creation of branded collateral—menus, compendiums, signage, app materials, and more

Host and coordinate media and influencer visits (including after-hours and weekend commitments as required)

Lead the creation and rollout of brand assets, managing photoshoots, content creation, and visual collateral across all channels

Explore, activate, and evaluate strategic partnerships across F&B and accommodation to enhance brand reach and guest engagement

Assist in loyalty and membership growth initiatives that align with Accor’s customer-first approach


About you:

A tertiary qualification in Marketing, Communications, or a related field

2+ years’ marketing experience, ideally in hospitality, lifestyle, or F&B

Proven ability to turn strategy into actionable marketing plans

Hands-on experience managing integrated campaigns across multiple channels

Strong skills in social media content creation, copywriting, and community management for multiple brand voices

Experience with platforms such as WordPress, Canva, InDesign, Google Ads, SEO, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok

A collaborative mindset and excellent stakeholder relationship skills

Analytical acumen with confidence reporting on marketing performance and insights

High attention to detail and a creative eye for design and storytelling

Ability to thrive under pressure, managing multiple projects and deadlines with ease

Strong communication skills (verbal, written, and visual)
