What You'll Do:
* Deliver a range of professional hair services, including cutting, colouring, styling, and treatments
* Build genuine relationships with clients by offering personalised consultations and advice
* Maintain high salon standards — clean, organised, safe and welcoming
* Support front-of-house operations including appointment booking and customer care
* Recommend products and treatments that suit your clients' needs — no pushy sales
* Mentor apprentices or junior stylists (dependent on experience)
* Help shape a positive, collaborative team culture
What We're Looking For:
* Proven salon experience as a qualified hair stylist
* Skilled in cutting, colouring, styling — barbering skills are a bonus
* Confident, warm, and professional with excellent people skills
* Dedicated, reliable and not scared of hard work
* NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Hairdressing (or equivalent)
* A positive attitude, commitment to quality, and love of learning

Pay: From £12.21 per hour
Expected hours: 25 – 40 per week
