As a Team Lead, EVO Fleet, you will support the Fixed Operations Manager in maintaining the highest standards for our Evo Car Share Fleet by supervising fleet availability, utilization, safety, and preventive maintenance. T his role plays a key part in ensuring Evo ’s position as BC's premier car-sharing service by ensuring fleet safety, implementing standard processes, handling vendor approvals, conducting audits and inspections, overseeing EVO inventory, and handling various administrative tasks, all aimed at maintaining the highest standards of vehicle availability and cleanliness for Evo Members.

What you bring
At least 2 years of automotive or rental car industry experience, coupled with a minimum 2 -4 years of operations experience .
Two-year post-secondary Diploma or Certificate in a relevant field (eg. Business Administration), and/or a combination of education and experience.
A clean drivers abstract, annual renewal required.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
A keen eye for detail and proven abilities working in a fast-paced technical environment.
Cohesive teammate and team builder, with the ability to build high performance teams built on trust, as a manager and teammate.

Once here, you will:
Regularly reviews the Back Office to supervise out-of-service vehicles, assigns tickets for prompt resolution, and conducts rapid response to vehicle tickets, accidents, and telematics issues.
Collaborates with Fleet Technician s/ Manager s to test, diagnose, and repair telematics equipment, while perform ing minor vehicle repairs and preventative maintenance alongside.
D istribute vehicles to external repair partners, prepares cars for in-fleeting and de-fleeting, and ensures vehicles meet quality standards through inspections, reporting, and ensuring fleet compliance (insurance /parking ) .
A ctively contributes and communicates safety initiatives, including equipment sourcing and distribution, implement ing best practice s, performing safety audits, assisti ng team training, and ensuring Beta Ave is WorkSafe compliant.
Coordinates sourcing and delivery for Salvage Vehicle Inventory, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information. Handles receiving, storage, and reconciliation of New Inventory Items, maintaining an organized inventory with monthly check -ins .
Administers Daily Triage reports to Manager s and coordinates teams schedules, absences, and tasks with external vendors for timely completion.
Assists with documenting and reconciling fleet invoices, escalating repair concerns to the Manager s, while analyzing vendor repair costs, conducting accurate audits of work performed, and tracking vehicle information in the system alongside .
Nurture an engaging and positive work environment by promoting motivation, trust, and integrity. Collaborate s with the Evo Team and key partners to achieve business objectives, champion change management, assist in training and development, participate in team building activities, and promote a culture of workplace safety and security.

The salary range for this position is $ 58,416.24 to $ 73,020.24 and is determined viajob-related knowledge, skills, experience, certifications, market demand and internal equity. In addition to base salary and BCAA benefits, this position is eligible for a performance bonus target of 5%, with the opportunity to earn up to 9%.
