My client, a busy main dealer based in your area, is looking to recruit a Service Manager / Aftersales Manager to join their established team.
Are you an Aftersales Manager or Service Manager looking for a new challenge with a highly successful main dealer?
Your duties will include:
1. The day-to-day running of the Service & Parts Department
2. Leading a team of Service Advisors, Parts Advisors, and Technicians
3. Maintaining CSI levels to a very high standard
4. Maximising profitability of the department
As a Service Manager / Aftersales Manager, you must be customer-focused, possess excellent organisational and communication skills, and be forward-thinking to drive the business forward. You should be target-driven and confident in up-selling additional works and products to your customers. A positive and ‘can do’ attitude is essential.
You must be IT literate, able to lead and supervise your team, and possess a full UK driving licence.
