Responsibilities
* Be part of our Nuclear New Build business within the Project Delivery Capability team, contributing to complex and impactful engineering projects.
* Work across a wide variety of opportunities, from technical leadership to project management, within a growing and dynamic team.
* Lead or support project delivery, either managing AtkinsRéalis engineering projects or working as an embedded partner within client programmes.
* Take ownership of delivery at a work package level, ensuring alignment with time, cost, quality, and performance expectations.
* Build and strengthen relationships with key stakeholders across the nuclear sector, leveraging established partnerships.
* Contribute to a global portfolio of projects across the UK, Europe, and the Middle East, including both large civil nuclear and emerging nuclear technologies.
* Support major programmes such as Hinkley Point C, Sizewell C, Small Modular Reactors, and Fusion initiatives.
* Work flexibly across office locations (Bristol, Epsom and Manchester) and client sites, gaining exposure to diverse project environments.
* Apply best practice project management approaches to review, measure, and align with internal and external standards and procedures.
* Play a key role in shaping project delivery while growing your own experience and capabilities.
* Contribute to bid and proposal activities where opportunities arise, supporting the development of compelling and client-focused submissions.
* Bring an interest in bid management or business development, with opportunities to build your experience in securing and shaping future work.

* You are familiar with, or open to working with, project management tools and systems such as MS Project, stage gate processes, or similar platforms.
