Production TraineeIrvine Plant
Role description
To train as a machine operator starting on days with prospects to moving onto a 5:crew shift.
You will receive a structured programme and a dedicated mentor with training in our Forming Department. You will also gain awareness in other areas, including Production Engineering, Mould Repair and with the Feeder Team.

Establish an effective communication flow between forming and inspection, verbally and via internal systems to resolve problems quickly and effectively.

Monitor performance and report any issues to supervision in a timely manner

Identify mechanical malfunctions and rectify where possible.

Filling in on shifts where required to maintain optimal performance.

Salary Minimum GBP 28,161 : GBP 34,530 Maximum per annum

Working Monday to Friday 37 hours per week, which includes 26.5 days holiday + 8 statutory holidays
