Title: D365 F&O Functional Consultant Location: Windsor (Hybrid – 1 day onsite per week) Rate: £465/day (Inside IR35) Duration: 6 Months Start Date: 16th February 2026 Engagement: PAYE The Opportunity We’re supporting a well-established UK organisation on a major Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations transformation programme. They are seeking two experienced D365 F&O Functional Consultants to support ongoing implementation and optimisation work. This is a key role within a fast-paced, Agile delivery environment, working closely with senior stakeholders and technical teams to shape and deliver scalable ERP solutions. The Role As a Functional Consultant, you will: * Liaise with business stakeholders to refine D365 F&O solutions aligned to business goals * Translate business requirements into functional designs and user stories * Lead workshops to gather and document requirements * Support end-to-end implementation across Finance and SCM modules * Oversee functional testing, integration testing and process validation * Collaborate closely with development teams to deliver customer-focused solutions * Contribute to backlog grooming, sprint planning, and Agile ceremonies Key Requirements * 5–6 years’ hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O * Full lifecycle ERP implementation experience * Strong functional knowledge across Finance and SCM modules * Experience facilitating stakeholder workshops * Agile delivery experience (Epics, Features, User Stories) * Experience supporting integration testing (Postman exposure advantageous) * Direct Debit experience desirable * Strong communication and client-facing skills * Ability to operate as an individual contributor Energy sector exposure would be beneficial but is not essential. Working Model Hybrid – 1 day per week onsite in Windsor (initially).
