As a Senior Project Quantity Surveyor, you will: Organize project work fronts into manageable work packages for procurement. Negotiate with sub-contractor supply chains to secure the best value. Manage payment applications from sub-contractors. Prepare information for client payment applications. Monitor and measure actual expenditure against budgeted costs through
Cost Value Reconciliation Reports (CVR)
. Prepare final accounts to ensure project financials are in order. What We’re Looking For
This role is perfect for you if you: Hold a degree (or equivalent) in Quantity Surveying. Have substantial experience in quantity surveying at a senior level on large construction projects within a main contractor environment. Understand SBCC, NEC, and JCT contract conditions. Are comfortable engaging with clients, sub-contractors, and internal stakeholders. Can mentor and oversee junior commercial staff. Possess a full UK Driving License. Rewards and Benefits
