Salary: £22,000 - £28,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

Role Details:
This role is based at Leftbank Apartments, a high-end development in Spinningfields, Manchester, comprising 391 residential units with onsite management, concierge, and secure parking.
Key Responsibilities and Requirements:
* Experience in residential block management in a customer-facing role
* Understanding of building safety and health & safety compliance
* Conducting site inspections, incident reporting, and ensuring statutory compliance
* Passion for creating a safe, clean environment for residents and visitors
* Managing contractors and ensuring safety documentation is in place
* Handling onsite emergencies and maintenance issues
* Managing major works, including obtaining quotations, reviewing RAMS, and overseeing operations
* Excellent customer service skills to engage and communicate effectively
* Attention to detail in inspections, defect reporting, and maintenance
* Strong communication skills for regular reporting to clients
