From September 2025, we are seeking a compassionate and motivated SEN Teaching Assistant to join their vibrant team. Role Overview: Start- Date: 1 st September Ongoing/long-term with potential for permanent contract with the school As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting pupils with a variety of special educational needs, including but not limited to autism spectrum disorders, ADHD, and speech and language challenges. Working closely alongside classroom teachers and the Special Educational Needs Coordinator (SENCO), you will provide targeted one-to-one and small group support, helping to adapt teaching materials and implement Individual Education Plans (IEPs). Who We’re Looking For: Previous experience supporting children with special educational needs in a school or similar environment A calm, patient, and empathetic demeanour with a genuine passion for helping children thrive Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team Relevant qualifications such as Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant certifications or equivalent are preferred but not essential A proactive attitude and willingness to learn and develop professionally within the role Why Join Us?
