Your Role
Support the Head Chef and lead the kitchen when required
Create fresh, seasonal dishes and daily specials
Train and mentor junior chefs
Assist with menu planning, stock control, and rotas
Maintain high standards of food quality and presentation

Proven Sous Chef experience in a fresh-food or gastro pub kitchen
Passionate, creative, and hands-on
Organised, team-focused, and confident under pressure
Car driver essential
