Are you passionate about creating impactful leadership learning experiences? Do you enjoy helping others grow, develop and succeed? As a Learning Consultant (Leadership & Delivery), you'll deliver, facilitate and evaluate a wide range of business and leadership learning solutions—both virtually and in person—ensuring every learner receives the high quality, business aligned and engaging experience NFU Mutual is known for. You'll work closely with senior stakeholders across the business to understand their needs, completing Learning Needs Assessment and providing insight to shape solutions that meet both customer expectations and provide learning that links business strategy with personal growth. Collaborating with the Learning Design team, you'll help ensure learning interventions are aligned with organisational priorities and support colleagues long term career goals. You'll also play a key role in evaluating the effectiveness of the learning offering—gathering feedback, reviewing data and analysing competitor approaches to ensure continuous improvement. Alongside this, you'll build strong, influential relationships with colleagues across the business, ensuring learning is delivered consistently and effectively. This role blends virtual delivery with travel to NFU Mutual sites when needed to support colleagues and stakeholders in our regional locations.
Key responsibilities
* Deliver, facilitate and evaluate leadership and business learning solutions, virtually and in person, ensuring high quality, business-aligned experiences.
* Work with senior stakeholders to understand learning needs, perform Learning Needs Assessments, and shape solutions that align with customer expectations and business strategy.
* Collaborate with the Learning Design team to ensure interventions are aligned with organisational priorities and support colleagues' long-term career goals.
* Evaluate learning offerings by gathering feedback, reviewing data and analysing competitor approaches to drive continuous improvement.
* Build strong, influential relationships across the business to ensure learning is delivered consistently and effectively.
* Travel to NFU Mutual sites as needed to support colleagues and stakeholders in regional locations.
Qualifications
* Excellent stakeholder management skills
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
* A customer-focused mindset, always considering the learner and the business need
* Experience evaluating and improving learning interventions—ensuring it is learner-centric whilst still delivering measurable impacts
* The ability to manage projects and prioritise effectively
* A CIPD Certificate in Learning & Development (or equivalent) is essential, and experience within a leadership or business learning environment is highly desirable.
