The Role As Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing relationships with key decision-makers, and supporting strategic growth across multiple construction sectors. Key Responsibilities: * Identify and target new clients, markets, and project opportunities. * Build and maintain strong relationships with developers, consultants, architects, and main contractors. * Attend networking events, industry exhibitions, and client meetings. * Work closely with the Pre-Construction, Estimating, and Commercial teams to support bid submissions and tender strategies. * Track and manage a pipeline of leads and opportunities. * Produce client engagement plans and reports for senior management. * Maintain a strong understanding of market trends and competitor activity. Requirements: * Proven experience in a Business Development or Client Relationship role within the construction industry. * Strong network of industry contacts across relevant sectors (residential, commercial, public sector, etc.). * Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. * Self-motivated and target-driven, with a strategic mindset. * Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel as required.
