We’re Hiring: Operations Administrator


Location: London, SW18 1UN

Department: Operations

Salary: £28,500 + Bonus


TLScontact is looking for an organised and proactive Operations Administrator to support the smooth day-to-day running of our offices and centres.

This is a varied role where you’ll play a key part in keeping our operations running efficiently, supporting facilities management, stock control, vendor coordination, finance administration, health & safety compliance, and general office operations.

This opportunity would suit someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, solving problems, managing multiple priorities, and building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.


What you’ll be doing


* As an Operations Administrator, you will:
* Manage stationery, stock, inventory levels and fixed asset records
* Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, landlords and third-party service providers
* Raise purchase orders, request quotes and support supplier management
* Support facilities maintenance, repairs, workplace standards and office improvements
* Liaise with IT teams to help resolve operational issues quickly
* Support premises expansions, renovations and contractor coordination
* Complete daily sales accounting reports and liaise with the Finance team
* Manage fee payments, refunds, petty cash, expense claims and courier/postage tracking
* Maintain health & safety records, building licences, drills and compliance documentation
* Support contract records, renewals and supplier relationships
* Organise meetings, visitors, travel bookings, corporate events and audits


What we’re looking for


* We’d love to hear from candidates who have:
* Experience in office management, facilities management, operations or a similar administrative role
* Strong organisational and multitasking skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Experience working with vendors, suppliers or contracts
* Good understanding of health & safety requirements
* Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
* Confidence managing records, budgets, expenses and operational documentation
* Project management experience would be an advantage
