Job Overview:
We are seeking a driven and personable Recruitment Consultant to join Robert Hurst. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, building strong relationships with clients and candidates, and delivering high-quality staffing solutions across a range of sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients
Identify client hiring needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions
Source, screen, and interview candidates using a variety of methods
Manage job postings, CV searches, and candidate pipelines
Coordinate interviews and provide feedback to both clients and candidates
Negotiate offers and manage the onboarding process
Achieve and exceed individual and team performance targets
Requirements:
Previous experience in recruitment, sales, or a client-facing role preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Target-driven with a proactive and resilient attitude
Excellent organisational and time management abilities
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficient in Microsoft Office and recruitment software
Desirable Skills:
Knowledge of industry-specific recruitment (e.g., construction, healthcare, engineering)
Experience in business development or account management
