Sales Development Executive
Salary: £25,000 p/a with potential for increased earnings as you progress in the role. Plus excellent benefits including 23 days annual leave plus stats, healthcare cash plan, and much more.

We are seeking a motivated, energetic communicator who thrives on building business relationships and creating new opportunities.
In this Sales Development Executive role, you will focus on outbound lead generation and new business development. You will be the first point of contact for new prospects, identifying needs, introducing products and services, and delivering bespoke solutions for each B2B customer. Responsibilities include researching the market, building engagement and relationships via calls, emails, and LinkedIn, and managing the full sales cycle until deal closure.
Responsibilities include:
1. Research and identify target companies and key decision-makers
2. Execute outbound outreach via phone, email, and social platforms (LinkedIn)
3. Qualify inbound and outbound leads to assess fit and potential
4. Build strong initial relationships with prospects
5. Deliver compelling sales pitches and product demonstrations, understanding client needs, and tailoring solutions
6. Follow up consistently and nurture prospects through the pipeline
7. Prepare proposals, quotations, and manage the negotiation process
8. Close deals and ensure a smooth handover to the Customer Success Team
9. Maintain detailed and accurate records of all interactions and outcomes within the CRM
10. Collaborate with sales/marketing to optimise campaign content and lead quality
11. Provide valuable feedback based on client interactions to help improve sales strategy and materials
12. Maintain comprehensive knowledge of the company’s full product suite and service offerings
13. Meet or exceed targets for meetings booked, qualified leads, and conversions
Candidate Requirements
* Minimum 1 year B2B sales, lead generation experience with commercial acumen
* Excellent communicator with strong interpersonal and influencing skills
* Confident presenter with the ability to handle objections and persuade decision-makers
* IT Literate
* Highly organised with effective time management and pipeline control
* Collaborative team player with a positive, can-do approach
