Job Title: Commercial Manager Hours: 37 per week Location : Hereford (Hybrid) Salary: Hoople Band F £42,885 - £54,455 per annum Contract: Permanent Closing Date: 29th May 2025 Interview Date: TBC This is a great opportunity to join Hoople Ltd as the Commercial Manager working as part of the Commercial Service steam, which offers a superb working environment and opportunity to develop your commercial acumen. The post holder will be organised, have strong interpersonal skills, have a keen attention to detail and be able to multi-task. They will also have the ability to identify and influence the implementation of improved ways of working within the team. Working closely with the Asset Manager and Procurement Officer (among others), you will manage the delivery of a range of tenders (including high value and more complex projects), broader tender and procurement exercises directly for Hoople and its customers. Success will depend on developing critical relationships at all levels: with senior officers, directors, managers and colleagues across all organisations and you will be expected to demonstrate a high level of public sector procurement awareness, commercial knowledge & expertise ideally in local government. The role is based within the Hoople Commercial Services Team who support the purchase and management of IT products and services including, but not limited to software, licences & equipment, which all deliver to a multitude of different services within Herefordshire, including Hoople Ltd, Herefordshire Council, Wye Valley NHS Trust, Herefordshire GP’s, Herefordshire CCG as well as other Hoople clients.
