About the Role:
Join a leading US manufacturer of fire protection technology as our client expands into the North of England. This role is ideal for an entrepreneurial spirit eager to drive growth independently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Brand Establishment: Establish and promote our client's brand in the North of England and surrounding areas.
- Distribution Management: Manage a two-tier distribution model, engaging contractors and consultants.
- Relationship Building: Build strong relationships with OEMs and distributors to maximize market penetration.
- Product Advocacy: Ensure knowledge of products and solutions is widespread in the region.
- Site Visits: Visit job sites to ensure proper integration of solutions and products.
- Performance Reporting: Report to senior management on performance metrics and market development.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Proven experience in two-tier distribution.
- Market Development: Strong track record in launching and developing new markets.
- Sales Skills: Excellent sales acumen and interpersonal skills.
- Language: Fluency in English.
Preferred:
- Technical Background: Mechanical Engineering or technical qualifications.
- Innovation: Commitment to continuous improvement and innovation in sales.
- Location: Located within the North Of England, ideally within 2hrs of Manchester.
