Manage the day-to-day SEO operations within Conductor (our SEO tool), conducting keyword research, keeping track of our ranking and fixing technical issues based on Conductor reports. Support our Content Production with relevant Conductor insights about topics, keywords performance and competitive analysis Be the UK Website Representative in our regular OneWeb meetings to keep the team up to date with corporate website changes, actions and deployments. Work with our Digital Marketing Manager supporting keywords mapping, URL mapping and link building activity to enhance the growth of WK UK organic traffic. Working with external agencies optimise website landing pages involved Paid Media activity Support the Digital Marketing Manager with social media activation including the management and delivery of social content across our social profiles. Work with the Product & Content Marketing lead on delivering the influencer marketing strategy including owning the internal advocacy tool. Working with the Marketing Director and Content Marketing on executing our 3rd party media plan. Supporting the Marketing Director in creating sales enablement tools and owning the commercial presentation deck production. Support the Events Manager with the logistical delivery of WK Events Marketing strategy Regular monitoring of website performance with Google Analytics Keep up-to-date with industry developments and trends to inspire new ideas. Support and inspire our awesome team of marketeers to fully align on the UK business growth plans. Key Requirements: Experience of website maintenance using any Content Management System Degree required, preferably in English or Marketing. Minimum 1 year knowledge of SEO trends and techniques with a proven track record of SEO activity execution using SEO tools like Conductor, SEMrush or similar Broad knowledge of marketing metrics, Google Analytics, and Google Search Console Effective communication skills Analytical mindset and critical thinking Strong organisational skills demonstrated through experience in delivering ongoing execution of marketing activity. Action-orientated and able to adapt to rapidly changing business requirements while thinking creatively, and exploiting business opportunities. Effective team player with a can-do attitude, passionate to learn and test new techniques Proficient with the Microsoft office suite. Experience and keen user of social media, especially LinkedIn. An interest in the Software Technology market. Key Competencies: Marketing savvy, the ideal candidate will have a SaaS experience or experience in Software marketing. They will be passionate about wanting to grow their marketing knowledge and experience. Interest in their growth and passionate about marketings role in growing revenue. Be commercially minded with the ability to prioritise and focus on the activities that will drive the biggest impact. Strong organisational skills demonstrated through experience delivering marketing campaigns or projects through to delivery, on time and within budget. Work well under pressure, and able to adapt to changing business requirements. Show an attention to detail. Be data driven in order to drive metrics around campaign activities to improve ROI.
