HR Advisor
Location: Banbury, Oxfordshire
Salary: up to £35,000
We are looking for an HR Advisor to join our supportive and collaborative People team.
The HR Advisor Role
* Act as first point of contact for routine HR queries from managers and employees
* Support employee relations matters such as absence, performance and basic conduct cases
* Assist with investigations, meetings and note-taking where required
* Provide guidance to managers on HR policies and procedures
* Support wellbeing, absence management and return-to-work processes
* Maintain accurate HR records and support people data reporting
* Collaborate with the wider People & Culture team on projects and initiatives
The HR Advisor Candidate
* CIPD Level 3 qualified (or working towards)
* Previous experience in an HR Administration, HR Officer or HR Coordinator role
* Some exposure to employee relations processes (full case ownership not essential)
* Good understanding of HR policies and employment law fundamentals
* Confident, professional and comfortable building relationships with managers
* Organised, detail-focused and keen to develop an HR advisory career
