We are looking for a motivated and organised Transport Planner / Fleet Supervisor to support the efficient running of one of our prestigious Clients HGV fleet and drivers.
Key Responsibilities
•Plan routes and maximise fleet utilisation and revenue
•Supervise drivers and monitor performance against KPIs
•Ensure excellent customer service and on-time deliveries
•Maintain vehicle and driver compliance
•Work closely with sales, transport and workshop teams
•Identify improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs
Requirements
•Strong organisational and communication skills
•Experience in transport or logistics (preferred)
•Good IT and systems knowledge
•Ability to work independently and as part of a team
•Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail
