An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Business Manager to join a prestige main dealership in Redhill. This is a key leadership role within the sales department, ideal for someone who thrives on the sales floor, understands finance and insurance inside out, and enjoys developing high-performing teams.
The Role
Front & Centre on the Sales Floor
* Actively support and guide the Sales Executives throughout the full customer journey
* Act as the second face to customers to increase confidence and improve close rates
* Structure and stack deals to optimise profitability
* Oversee enquiry management to ensure every opportunity is maximised
* Coach, mentor and develop the sales team to drive performance and consistency
Finance & Insurance Leadership
* Maximise the sale of finance and insurance products
* Ensure full compliance with FCA and dealership standards
* Clearly and transparently explain finance and insurance options to customers
* Use finance products to support vehicle sales and improve margins
* Maintain excellent product knowledge and complete all required training
* Escalate insurance-related issues appropriately
Performance, Profitability & Compliance
* Work closely with senior sales management to achieve profit and performance targets
* Drive consistent use of structured sales processes and added-value techniques
* Ensure Sales Executives confidently present finance and insurance products
About You
Skills, Knowledge & Experience
* Minimum 3 years’ experience as a successful Sales Executive or proven experience as a Business Manager
* Strong understanding of F&I products, deal structure, compliance, and legislation
* Confident influencer with strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
* Experience mentoring, supporting, and developing others
* Proactive and confident presence on the sales floor
