Conduct first aid training and specialist courses, equipping people with essential life-saving skills.
Teach the appropriate actions to take in various situations, such as when individuals are unresponsive or have suffered burns.
Support individuals in building confidence to provide potentially lifesaving support during emergencies.
Travel to training venues across Scotland's Central Belt.
What will you need to be a successful First Aid Trainer?
* A natural communicator with a confident, engaging personality who thrives when speaking in front of groups.
* Strong aptitude for active listening, problem-solving, debating ideas, and providing constructive feedback.
* Possession of a Training or Teaching qualification, or willingness to obtain one.
* Comfortable working independently and traveling to various locations using your own vehicle (travel time reimbursed).
* Experience in preparing and delivering a range of training courses with assertiveness in presenting to diverse groups.
* Full UK driving license and own vehicle (mileage reimbursed).
