Job Description
3. Lead and manage multi-jurisdictional investigations involving anti-bribery (FCPA, UK Bribery Act), sanctions, money laundering, and financial fraud.
4. Advise clients on compliance frameworks including ABC, AML, anti-tax evasion, ESG, and sanctions.
5. Represent clients in regulatory inquiries, dawn raids, and antitrust investigations.
6. Provide strategic counsel in civil fraud litigation and asset tracing matters.
7. Deliver training and develop due diligence protocols for global clients.
8. Collaborate with enforcement authorities and manage parallel proceedings across jurisdictions
The Successful Applicant
9. Extensive experience in cross-border investigations and regulatory defence.
10. Proven track record in handling high-stakes matters with agencies such as the SFO, DOJ, FCA, OFAC, and international regulators.
11. Strong background in litigation, arbitration, and crisis management.
12. Experience in both private practice and in-house legal/compliance roles is highly desirable.
13. International exposure, including work in jurisdictions such as Asia, Europe, and the Middle East.
14. Ability to lead complex matters independently and mentor junior team members.
