Key Responsibilities
* Build and maintain relationships with customers and suppliers, welcoming customers into the store, starting their customer experience with a smile
* Deliver a seamless customer experience throughout the purchase journey
* Maintain high presentation standards within the store at all times
* A passion to achieve individual & team targets to grow sales
Requirements
* Good communication skills with a passion for providing excellent customer service
* Previous retail sales experience preferred
* The ability to quickly pick up and confidently deliver product knowledge
* Great written and communication skills with excellent administration capabilities
* Strong personal presentation skills supporting an ability to influence and persuade
* Hardworking and positive team player with an eagerness to learn and develop
* Fluency in a second language is a big plus
