About the Role
We are seeking Primary School Teaching Assistants or SEN Teaching Assistants to support teachers and pupils across our schools. This is a full-time (temp-perm), term-time position ideal for someone who is energetic, patient, and eager to help children thrive academically and emotionally.
What We\'re Looking For
* Must have at least 3 months experience working with children in the UK; classroom experience is preferred but not essential
* A DBS on the update service or willingness to apply for one
* A genuine passion for education and helping children of all abilities succeed
* Full-time availability, Monday to Friday
* A positive, proactive, and flexible attitude
* A Teaching Assistant qualification is a bonus but not essential
What You’ll Be Doing
* Supporting the class teacher in daily classroom activities
* Working one-on-one or in small groups with pupils who need additional support
* Assisting with learning activities, behaviour management, and pastoral care
* Supporting children with SEN (Special Educational Needs) where required
* Creating a safe, nurturing and inclusive environment
