Milk Education is working in partnership withsecondary schools across Liverpoolto recruit enthusiastic, driven, and compassionate Unqualified Teaching Assistantsto join fromSummer 2025and into the new academic year.
Are you passionate about making a difference in young people’s lives but don’t have a teaching qualification yet? Looking for a route into teaching where you can gain experience, training, and confidence in the classroom?
Milk Education is excited to offer a unique opportunity for enthusiastic individuals to begin their journey in education as a Teaching Assistant – no formal qualifications required. This role is ideal for anyone considering a career in teaching or has a passion for supporting children and young adults.
The Role:
* Work alongside experienced teachers to support pupils in and out of the classroom
* Gain hands-on experience across primary or secondary settings
* Assist with small group or one-to-one learning activities
* Support students with SEN or additional needs
* Have opportunities to lead lessons (with guidance), explore different schools, and build a solid foundation for a future teaching career
