Due to our exceptional lettings growth we are expanding our superb team. Smith & Friends Estate Agents have an exciting opportunity, creating an additional Lettings Administrator vacancy at our Hartlepool branch.
You will be responsible for providing excellent service to new and existing clients whilst working and collaborating with the Smith & Friends network. The ideal candidate will be task driven, have an eye for detail and have a keen interest to develop in this area.
The successful candidate must be a confident communicator who can easily engage and handle a broad range of clientele, they should have excellent administrative skills and be able to effectively prioritise workload.
As a Lettings Administrator you will share our vision to push our service levels to the highest standard whilst demonstrating a strong work ethic and a 'can do' attitude.
Responsibilities:
* Liaise with Landlords, Tenants and Contractors
* Coordinate and prioritise maintenance as necessary
* Process invoices in line with company timescales
* Ensure adherence to lettings compliance and legislation
* Conduct and administrate rent renewals
* Coordinate renewals in line with legislation such as EPCs, gas and electrical safety
* Review and carry out remedial action following scheduled inspections
* Ensure different lettings service levels are managed including rent recovery and claims handling
* Support and provide dispute resolution in line with company process / legislation
* Develop and maintain Landlord / Tenant relations
