We are now inviting applications for our 2025 trainee intake across various locations including Dorset/Weymouth, Newcastle, Northumberland, Chelmsford, Southend, Taunton/Bridgewater, West London/Uxbridge/Ealing, North London/Enfield, Chelsea/Mayfair, Guildford, Reading, Slough, Carmarthen, Coventry, Newport, Preston, Blackpool, West Cumbria, South West London, Londonderry/Derry/Ballymena/Cookstown/Belfast, Central Bristol, Swindon, Shrewsbury, South Devon, Darlington, Torquay, Plymouth, Inverness, Edinburgh, Wigan, Reigate, Worthing, Doncaster, Sheffield, Chester, Cambridge, Stafford, Stoke, Wolverhampton, Lincoln, and Thetford.
To be considered, candidates must be eligible for the 1-year route to AssocRICS accreditation and have a strong knowledge of Residential Building Pathology.
Eligibility Criteria
* A RICS or CIOB accredited degree or postgraduate qualification plus at least one year of relevant industry experience.
* A RICS approved HND, HNC, NVQ Level 3 diploma, BTEC, or foundation degree plus at least two years of relevant experience.
* Four or more years of relevant industry experience.
