Stanford Real Estate Partners is currently identifying an experienced Partnerships Manager to work for a well-known residential developer/housebuilder. The role is a key part of the business's Development team and is a career-focused position with an employer that values its people as its main priority.
The Role
Working as part of a small team, reporting to The Partnerships Director, the role will manage, assess and report on the feasibility of new business opportunities as presented by the development land team. The role will include -
• Work with internal Technical/Commercial/Land Managers/Executives and Development Land lead
to meet targets for business growth.
• Leading on the Preparation of bid invitations and supporting documentation (supported by internal stakeholders).
• Lead negotiations on larger complex schemes with clients
• Prepare clear and concise board reports for the Executive to present at Board meetings
• Advise on LA policy, s106 requirements, RP development programme and funding
• Work closely with Planning, Development, Land and Technical to create scheme optimisation
