The Role:
We are seeking a Senior IT Recruiter to join our team in High Wycombe, focused on sourcing, engaging and placing high-calibre IT talent for US-based clients. This is a hands-on role with opportunities to drive strategy and build client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
* Partner with US clients to understand hiring needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies
* Source, screen, and assess IT professionals across various technical domains (software engineering, DevOps, cybersecurity, cloud, data, etc.)
* Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to offer acceptance
* Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for immediate and future needs
* Provide market insights and talent mapping to support client hiring strategy
* Mentor and support junior recruitment team members
Requirements:
* Proven experience as an IT recruiter, ideally working with US clients
* Strong understanding of IT roles, technologies, and industry trends
* Excellent sourcing skills, including direct search, networking, and social media recruitment
* Outstanding communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
* Self-motivated, proactive, and target-driven
* Ability to work onsite in High Wycombe
