Job Title: Special Educational Needs (SEN) Teacher
Location: Bexley
Contract Type: Full-time / Term Time Only

We are seeking a qualified SEN Teacher to join our supportive and dynamic team where inclusion, individual progress and student wellbeing are at the heart of everything.
About the Role:
As an SEN Teacher, you will:
1. Develop and deliver personalised learning plans tailored to each student’s unique needs.
2. Create a safe, inclusive and stimulating classroom environment.
3. Work collaboratively with teaching assistants, parents, and other professionals ( speech therapists, SENCO) to support development.
4. Monitor and assess students’ progress, adjusting strategies as needed.
5. Foster independence, confidence and self-esteem in every learner.
About You:
We are looking for someone who:
6. Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent with experience in SEN education.
7. Has a deep understanding of a range of special educational needs ( ASD, ADHD, SEMH, SLD, PMLD).
8. Demonstrates creativity, patience and resilience in their teaching approach.
9. Is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
10. Is an excellent communicator and team player.
