Implement legislative changes (e.g., Windsor Framework, DRS, AWRS, EPR). Manage current and future compliance requirements. Update policies and procedures to reflect legislative changes. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate compliance processes and records. Provide expert input to business decision-making. Ensure all transactions comply with procedures and legislation. Liaise with internal and external auditors as needed. Support Finance in meeting legal and statutory compliance. Manage Compliance team, including Managers and Support Assistants. Standardise processes and lead compliance reviews across teams.
