Business Analyst

As a result of our expansion plans, and our continued ongoing success we are seeking a dynamic Business Analyst to be based at our Head Office in Plymouth.
About the Role:
Support data-driven decision making across the business by producing insightful analysis and recommendations, ensuring data integrity, and identifying issues related to forecasting and ordering, identifying opportunities to help with operational processes.
Responsibilities:
1. Design and build dashboards within RELEX to provide clear, actionable insights.
2. Conduct deep-dive analysis to identify trends, issues, and opportunities, providing meaningful recommendations.
3. Document business processes, ensuring an understanding of how data flows through systems and how processes impact performance.
4. Analyse sales, stock data, trends, etc on AI system driven queries to find root cause.
5. Be the go to person on system analytical queries related to forecasting and replenishment.
6. Be the super user of the AI Forecasting & Replenishment system, amending, testing and going live with changes which impact AI model outputs.
7. Train end users on the system as and when required.
8. Create, test, and maintain common views for team members to ensure consistency and usability.
9. Review and analyse adhoc requests as well as keeping track of performance vs KPIs, raising any concerns if/when they arise.
10. Adjust and manage user permissions within RELEX.
11. Make high-level system changes impacting forecasting and replenishment outputs (e.g., forecast parameters, safety stock settings, low forecast logic).
12. Test and validate system changes before go-live to ensure accuracy and performance improvement.

Knowledge and Skills:
17. Proven experience in a demand planning or a similar analytical role.
